LYCHEE PUREE 

Our Lychee Puree is exotic and accurate the native taste of the fruit tempting tastes with its single savoury flavour. Add Lychee Puree to  Asian dishes cakes, fruit punch. The Lychee we use for our concentrate has a rugged, red tough surface, and an inside that has white, rich fruit. Here, it is known as a tropic fruit with a sugary, aromatic flavour that buds in June and July. We usually prepare the concentrate in aseptic bags packaged in metallic cone-shaped drums with plastic lids. The Lychee in sulphide and frozen.
