How is apple juice concentrate made  made ?

The process starts when the conveyor transports apples to a washing area where apples are washed wherein first the water bath eliminates the dust. After a shower of cool water, the apples are taken for the second water bath from where they are taken to the inspection area where the rotten apples are eliminated. The apples are then cut into small pieces in the fruit mill to reduce gratings. The gratings are then passed through a powerful belt press. Inside the press, filter sleeves hold back the skin, seeds and stem of the apple. The quality control checks the juice at every stage of the process to make sure that the hygiene controls are well adhered to. The juice is filtered so that the small particles are held back. The juice is then passed through ultrafiltration where filter membranes with the microscopic pores retain even the smallest of particles. The apple juice is now perfectly filtered, its clarity is verified as well as its flavour, colour and natural fruit sugar content. The juice is then sent for evaporation where the water content is evaporated in a way that the basic brix of juice which is 9 brix is multiplied 8 times to make it 70 brix. In this evaporation process 11kg of apple is used to make 1kg of apple juice concentrate provided which when diluted provides 1and 1/2 apple in each glass of juice.
